Offseason Training Going Well for PBA's Gilmore

MIAMI, Fla.- With the help of new Palm Beach Atlantic University cross country coach Sonja Friend-Uhl, Sailfish runner Meghan Gilmore is making waves as a competitor this spring in offseason track meets. Running in her second meet of the spring on Saturday at the University of Miami Hurricane Invitational, Gilmore was the top collegiate runner in the women’s 3,000 meter race and finished as the third collegiate runner in the women’s 1500 meter race as well. .. |full story|
